Dental Care Centre Lower Hutt are dedicated to providing you with a stress free visit and results that you are proud to show off. Our Front Office Coordinators are ready to help you with questions about scheduling, financial policy and insurance, to make that part of the process as simple as possible.

NEW PATIENT EXAM

All new patients at our Lower Hutt dental practice are scheduled for a comprehensive 30 minute examination. Personalising our service to you is one of the primary purposes of your first visit with us. $45 for exam including 2 x-rays !!!

THE FULL EXAM INCLUDES :

Filling out a new patient form and a medical questionnaire (available on the website, you can fill and email to save time).
Review of past dental history.
Thorough full mouth examination to see the state of the teeth and the soft tissues of the mouth.
Radiographic examination of the teeth.
Discussion of necessary treatment plans and strategies that need to be considered, as well as outlining what you would like us to achieve for your oral health.
Give patients advice on home care and improving your oral health self care.
A written plan outlining various treatment options, with estimated costs is also usually given at the end of the examination.

Emergency appointments :

If you are in pain or have an urgent concern, please ask for an emergency appointment. We reserve time each day to take care of you if you are in this situation. At this appointment, we aim to relieve your pain or provide short-term treatment to fix an immediate cosmetic problem.

Opening hours and appointments 5 day's: Monday to Friday from 8.30- 5.30

Financial Policy

Finances are often a limiting factor when it comes to getting your dental treatment done. This is why Dental Care Centre Lower Hutt our philosophy is to openly discuss and organise the financial aspect of treatment and the aims of making it more affordable and practical. Our goal is to ensure top-quality treatment for the patient and that means we are willing to work with patients to organise a financial strategy that will allow them to get all the treatment necessary.

Please feel free to contact us and talk to our front office staff about organising finances and payment plans.

We currently are offering up to 12 months interest free finance for treatment over $500 - terms and conditions vary - please ask our Front Office staff for details.
